Welcome to the Buma Landscaping website. By requesting an estimate, entering into a contract, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Estimates, Contracts & Scheduling
All projects require:
- A signed estimate
- A signed contract
- A required deposit
before any work will be scheduled.
Deposits are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.
Once all required documents and the deposit have been received, Buma Landscaping will place your project on the schedule and provide an anticipated start date.
Payments
Unless otherwise stated in your contract:
- Deposits are due upon receipt.
- Remaining payments are due within 48 hours of the invoice date.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Project Schedule
Buma Landscaping agrees to provide the property owner with:
- An anticipated project commencement date.
- A projected completion date.
While every effort is made to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, project completion dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permitting, inspections, subcontractor scheduling, unforeseen site conditions, hidden or concealed conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Contractor’s reasonable control.
Owner Responsibilities
The property owner is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and ensuring the site is prepared as required prior to the commencement of work.
Buma Landscaping is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from work performed, delayed, or omitted by the property owner or third parties hired by the property owner.
Additional Terms
These website Terms of Service are intended to provide a general overview of our policies.
The complete terms, conditions, warranties, payment requirements, change order procedures, liability limitations, dispute resolution provisions, and all other contractual obligations are contained in the Buma Landscaping Contract. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms of Service and the signed Buma Landscaping Contract, the signed contract shall control.
